Self-assessment is all about knowing yourself better. It involves examining one’s attributes regarding their true identity. The majority of attributes can be developed with constant practice contrary to the popular thinking that one is born that way. There’s no such a thing as a natural-born leader and if you keep close attention to all people whom you thought were natural leaders, they have been making effort to be where they are and those doing nothing to improve tend to be terrible in the long run.
