When someone graduates, they celebrate themselves out of excitement. They try to show the entire world their achievements. This is simply because of the hard work incurred and besides, the society approves of the action to celebrate after a milestone in Education but it’s contrary when you celebrate an achievement as a result of hard work.

When one starts working and they do something productive, some people go ahead and celebrate and others don’t. For those that do, they’re often judged wrongly and unfairly by some other people which shouldn’t be the case but many people are normalizing it.
The outcome is most people do everything in private nowadays to avoid scrutiny. You just see someone very rich and you don’t know what they do and how they have managed to make things happen.
This poses a great danger to our society because politicians, fraudsters and all people that earn money through none lawful channels take it to their advantage. They know that no one cares about how u made it because of privacy, so people are looting, making huge investments and the majority of society are not aware.

In some countries, in order to stand for any leadership position, people first thoroughly assess you and know what you do for a living, your previous achievements if any and all your assets. That’s not the case in Africa, someone comes with nothing and by the end of their tenure, they have a lot on their name which they didn’t acquire rightly and it’s such an easy thing because no one cares to ask how someone got to where they’re.

Such people are protected by the private system, so if you ever go against anyone talking about their achievements publicly, you’re promoting looting and this how some African leaders at all levels are taking advantage of the masses because citizens never demand for accountability.
